COVID-19 Delivery Notice
Due to the current pandemic, we are delivering FOR FREE until further notice.
We are doing no contact deliveries if possible, to reduce the risk of exposure to the patients as well as our employees. The delivery will be signed by the driver as delivered with a signature of “COVID”, in accordance with current standards in pharmacy rules and regulations.
Currently we also offer curbside service at the pharmacy if the patient does not want to come inside, in order to further reduce risk exposure. The patient needs to call ahead to verify that their prescriptions are ready, and inform us that they will be using curbside service. We will then get their things together. The patient then calls us when we arrive, and the medication will be delivered to their vehicle via curbside service.
Convenient Delivery Services for Patients
We deliver daily to any patients in Irving/Las Colinas city limits; normally, the delivery fee is a flat $5.00 per delivery, of course in addition to the cost of the medications and products that are being delivered. Payment options for delivery services are pay by credit card over the phone, or cash/check due on delivery. We can also store the credit card information securely in our point of sale system, if the patient desires. Or they can provide their card information as a 1 time use.
The patient must verify that we have an accurate address and cell phone number in order to receive delivery. The patient can also approve us to leave the delivery on the doorstep, or mailbox, at their discretion. If we can not reach the patient at time of delivery, then the driver will bring the products back to the pharmacy until the next day; that is unless they have approved our delivery driver to leave the medication at the residence.
